If you have a disabled parking space marked outside your house, in Bored Lane for example, that doesn't mean it's for your exclusive use. Anyone with a disabled sticker may park there, and writing 'No. 41 only' on the sign in blue felt tip doesn't change that. It only compounds the issue, since not only have you tried to privatise the public highway, but you've vandalised public property too.
